What we hold, and what we do not.

Who we are

Tayst is a marketing agency working with independent halal restaurants in and around Newark, New Jersey. For anything on this page, write to support@tayst.ai.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo form: your restaurant name, your name, a phone number, and optionally an email address and town. Nothing on this site asks for a password, a card number, or any government identifier, and we would not want them.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary server logs for security and reliability — things like IP addresses and which page was requested. That is Cloudflare’s standard operation rather than anything we have set up, and we do not build profiles from it.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back about a demo, and to answer you afterwards. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

What we do not do

There are no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, and no cookies set by us on this site. We do not track you across other websites.

The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them. We send nothing to Google ourselves.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while we might reasonably still be talking to you, and for our own records afterwards. If you ask us to delete yours we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Who can see it

The people at Tayst who need to, and our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. Nobody else.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@tayst.ai and say which. There is no form to fill in and no charge.

Children

This site is aimed at restaurant owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

If this page changes

We will change the date on it. If a change matters to anyone who has already contacted us, we will say so directly rather than rely on you re-reading this.
